Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd in London seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a purpose-led scale-up. This is a true right-hand role providing 1:1 support to the CEO, handling both business and personal tasks, from complex travel to diary changes and personal arrangements.

You will protect the CEO's time, anticipate needs and maintain calm, focused leadership. A proactive, discreet, tech-savvy approach in a fast-moving founder-led environment is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' EA experience to the founder of a founder-led business turning over £10m+.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO diary, travel and meetings.
• Handle business and personal administration for the CEO.
• Manage inbox and prioritise communications for the CEO.
• Run the executive rhythm and keep the leadership team aligned.
