Job summary

Royal Mail Pensions Trustees Limited (RMPTL) in London is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead RMPTL through its next phase of strategic evolution. You will report to the Chair of Trustees and RM Group CFO and guide the Trustee Executive team.

You will shape the long-term strategy of the Plan, ensure governance, risk management and operational excellence, and provide trusted advice on strategic and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Board-level leadership experience within a regulated environment.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and change programmes.
• Credible governance, risk management and regulatory expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for the Royal Mail Pension Plan.
• Support Trustee Board in long-term objectives and priorities.
