Jobgether is seeking a CEO/Co-founder to build an international B2B real-money gaming provider from the ground up. You will own strategy, markets, and financial performance, leading a high-caliber team and partnering with investors and the Board to drive growth.

This remote-first role in the United Kingdom offers autonomy to shape the business, develop game production and distribution, and establish a scalable operation with global reach and strategic partners.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a B2B real-money gaming provider or scaling a provider's game portfolio.
• Strong P&L ownership and ability to manage financial performance at executive level.
• Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills with a track record of partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the overall business strategy and market thesis across priority geographies.
• Build and lead the operational structure, leadership team, and production capabilities for market entry.
• Identify opportunities, evaluate competitors, and determine portfolio strategy to create competitive advantage.
• Oversee game production, certification, integrations, and monetization pipelines.
• Manage commercial lifecycle from prospecting to contractual negotiations and live launches.
• Own the company’s P&L, forecasting, and unit economics across markets and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with investors and the Board to align strategic decisions and governance.
• Establish reporting dashboards tracking production, distribution, revenue, and performance metrics.
• Lead AI-powered initiatives to improve efficiency and output while ensuring compliance and quality.
