Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, seeks a CEO/Chief Commercial Officer to lead the launch and international growth of an innovative crypto-fiat digital banking venture in the United Kingdom. You will shape strategy, establish partnerships, and build a lean commercial organization to scale globally.

The ideal candidate has a track record launching fintechs, a strong network in crypto/payments, and hands-on execution skills in growth, revenue models, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in crypto banking or crypto-enabled fintech.
• Track record of launching or scaling fintech businesses with commercial impact.
• Expertise in commercial strategy, growth management, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall commercial strategy and go-to-market approach.
• Identify and develop opportunities across B2B/B2C and international markets.
• Design revenue models and unit economics for profitability.
• Lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and business development.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product/tech to refine offering and accelerate launch.
• Recruit and lead a lean commercial team with clear KPIs.
• Own commercial performance, budgets, and financial results.
