BH Live Active in Bournemouth is seeking a part-time Customer Operations Manager to join the Queens Park centre. You will oversee day-to-day centre operations, ensuring staffing levels, safety, and a positive guest experience.

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Previous experience is desirable, and you will lead a team to deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining secure, well-run facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and reactive shift cover.
• Oversee safe evacuation of occupants in emergencies.
• Open and close the building.
• Carry out visual inspections and report issues to the technical team.
• Maintain building security during duty and respond to incidents.
