Qualificações

• 3+ years experience at senior management level in a fast-paced business.
• Knowledge of business KPI’s and supporting figures.
• Working knowledge of booking systems and reporting functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the general management and successful performance of the centre.
• Maximise areas of sales revenue and support the General Manager.
• Competently manage individual and team performance.
• Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
