Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage large teams across multiple outlets.
• Strong strategic planning and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy with the client and Operations Director.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Own day-to-day operation and uphold high standards of food quality, service, and guest experience.
• Build a strong hospitality culture and respond to client and guest feedback.
• Lead health and safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Recruit and develop the management team and staffing for events.
• Ensure profitability with budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
