Job summary

Superbowl UK is seeking a Deputy Centre Manager in Aldershot, Hampshire to lead a vibrant team and drive sales while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will oversee daily site operations, scheduling, stock, training, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record in sales and team development, and the ability to maximise revenue through excellent customer service and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the site.
• Supervise and guide the team to maximise revenue and guest experiences.
• Maintain and improve operating standards.
• Carry out site stock takes.
• Prepare staff rotas 1–2 weeks in advance for regional approval.
• Monitor staff attendance and lateness.
• Conduct welcome inductions for new team members.
• Update wage sheet daily.
• Ensure weekly/monthly paperwork is accurate.
• Submit weekly paperwork twice weekly.
• Address Health and Safety audits and other checks.
• Keep the office clean, tidy and organised.
• Conduct recruitment, interviews, and training.
• Verify site orders and stock levels meet business needs.
• Maximise on-site sales opportunities.
• Meet targets set by Head Office.
• Familiarise with all products and brand standards.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork.
• Know site promotions and market the venue via social media.
• Take ownership for objectives agreed at appraisals.
• Attend staff meetings at least every 6 weeks.
• Attend weekly managers meetings.
• Follow Head Office administration processes.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional image with all stakeholders.
• Minimise loss or damage to company assets.
