Job summary

Oxford International Education Group is seeking a proactive Centre Manager in Sheffield to lead the School Student Services team and oversee administrative operations. You will support the Centre Director, manage timetabling, student information, and communications with the partner university to ensure an outstanding student experience.

The role requires strong organisational and IT skills, experience in student services, and a solid understanding of the higher education environment.

Qualifications

• First Degree or equivalent.
• Experience of managing a Student Services Team (Desirable).
• Understanding of the higher education environment (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the School Student Services team.
• Support administrative tasks for the School and senior management.
• Input data and manage timetables using University software.
• Maintain accuracy of student, course and School data in SITS.
• Coordinate communications within the School and with partner University.
• Liaise with Oxford International and partner HR/Admissions/Marketing on staffing
• Oversee the School's academic calendar and staff/student handbooks.
• Ensure all student fees are paid and invoices processed.
