Job summary

Commercial Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking an Accommodation Manager in Sheffield to oversee daily operations across student accommodation sites, ensuring safety, maintenance, and exceptional resident experiences. You will report to Area Operations and drive occupancy, revenue, and compliance with ANUK/Unipol codes.

The role requires significant management experience, strong leadership, and ability to work across multiple sites with stakeholders in universities and local partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in accommodation, property, hospitality, or operational management.
• Experience managing large or multiple sites is preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and operational best practice.
• Experience in debt management, credit control, and income recovery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations across accommodation sites, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
• Lead site teams to deliver a safe, well maintained, and professional environment.
• Ensure maintenance, cleaning, and security standards are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate operational records and oversee reporting across all sites.
• Drive occupancy and revenue performance through effective marketing, sales, and retention strategies.
• Lead debt collection processes and ensure timely escalation of arrears.
