Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a flexible, capable Centre Manager in Warrington to lead daily operations of the automotive centre, delivering outstanding customer service.

You will manage workloads, drive sales, recruit and develop staff, perform MOT testing to DVSA standards, and liaise with Head Office; reports to Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Flexible approach to tasks and able to manage own workload.
• Excellent communication in a busy retail automotive environment.
• Experience in management within the motor vehicle sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide top customer service and care to keep complaints to a minimum.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services as per procedures.
• Recruit and interview Centre staff.
• All MOT Testers must hold a valid MOT Tester licence issued by DVSA.
• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and input results into the DVSA system.
• Fit products to customer vehicles and perform ancillary services.
• Identify training needs and develop staff.
• Support other Centres when needed.
• Adhere to Company policies including Health & Safety and Stock Control.
• Follow management instructions.
• Wear clean, presentable uniform at all times.
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.
• Role reports directly to the Regional Manager.
