Job summary

Halfords is seeking an Autocentre Centre Manager in Catford as part of the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance and repair business. You will lead the team, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure a smooth customer journey across Autocentres services.

The role offers on-target earnings up to £58,078, a base salary £40,000-£44,278, and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £13,800 per year, with standard 5 days a week and hybrid training opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in automotive or similar industry.
Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Coaching-based leadership with on-the-job training.
Experience maintaining Health and Safety standards.
Track record of achieving KPI targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient IT skills and ability to learn in-house systems.
Valid driving licence.
Strong time management.
