Job summary

KPI Education is seeking a Centre Manager to lead the Stoke-on-Trent provision, ensuring outstanding operational performance and a safe, engaging environment for young people.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop staff, oversee timetabling and programme delivery, and build strong relationships with students, families and external partners to drive positive educational outcomes in an alternative provision setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in schools, SEN, SEMH, Alternative Provision, PRUs, or other education-focused environments.
• Organised and confident leadership with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and maintain high standards in an alternative education setting.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the centre's day-to-day operations.
• Lead, motivate and support the centre team.
• Oversee timetabling, resources and programme delivery.
• Support staff performance and development.
• Ensure health, safety and organisational policies are followed.
• Build relationships with students, families and external stakeholders.
• Develop community and external partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records and operational reporting.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the centre.
