Job summary

Learning Curve Group are seeking a Centre Manager at MPCT Bristol to lead and motivate the teaching team, drive excellence in sessions and ensure learner progression. The role focuses on high-quality teaching, student engagement and robust centre administration, aligning with MPCT and Learning Curve Group values.

You will oversee performance, attendance, welfare and safeguarding, while delivering a curriculum that supports maths and English development and industry-aligned training.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all centre administration per the Operational Excellence Framework and manage key returns.
• Ensure teaching staff keep up to date with subject knowledge and deliver challenging lessons.
• Promote MPCT/Learning Curve Group values in every lesson and activity.
• Ensure learner progress reviews are completed to support educational development.
• Deliver physical training using MPCT systems and manage military training portfolios.
• Listen to learners and parents to drive improvements in teaching and learning.
