Octane Recruitment Limited is assisting a fast-growing UK automotive fast-fit group in Bath to recruit a Centre Manager. You will lead the centre and workshop teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service daily.

You must have people-management experience and a strong automotive background. The role offers a competitive £38,000–£40,000 salary, plus uncapped OTE (£10k), a 32-day holiday entitlement, and extensive training and progression opportunities.

Our client who is one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a

Centre Manager

Based at their retail centre in Bath.

As a Centre Manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, managing and motivating the centre & workshop teams, driving sales performance and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service. To be applicable for this role you must have experience managing people and have a strong background within the Automotive industry.

Pay / salary

£38,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience OTE: Uncapped (realistic £10,000)

Shift and schedule

08:30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

Centre Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the centre and workshop teams and drive sales performance
• Run the day-to-day operation of the centre

To be a Center Manager you will need

• Valid UK driving licence –
• Essential
• Previous Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager experience within automotive, tyres, fast-fit or a similar environment
• Strong commercial and sales background
• Good automotive and mechanical knowledge
• Team-management experience
• Understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
• Strong customer-service and account-management skills
