Job summary

Halfords National Tyres and Autocare is seeking a Centre Manager in Crewe to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer journey. You will manage daily operations, drive sales, supervise technicians and front-line colleagues, and ensure high standards of service.

With a base salary of £32,957–£40,912 and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging around £9,400 per year, this role offers a clear path for progression, ATA and MOT training, and a wide range of employee benefits within the Halfords

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Coaching-based approach to team development.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety standards.
• Experience with high sales turnover and KPI management.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Current driving licence.
• IT systems experience and willingness to learn in-house software.

Skills And Experience

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching‑based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management
• A current valid driving licence
