Halfords in Crewe is seeking a Centre Manager to lead the Autocentre team, delivering exceptional customer journeys and driving business performance.

You will guide staff, ensure safety and compliance, and train the team to achieve targets while delivering high customer satisfaction. A long-term career path with strong progression opportunities is highlighted.

• Leadership and team management skills within automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management.
• Engaging, coaching-based approach to team development and training in the moment.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards.

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems.

• On-target earnings up to £50,312
• Comprising a base salary of £32,957 - £40,912
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £9,400 per year
