Job summary

Oxford Innovation Space in Chippenham is seeking a Centre Manager to drive the Business Cyber Centre’s success, leading the team and ensuring exceptional service for occupiers.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, drive revenue targets, and build strong partnerships with clients, fostering a welcoming, professional environment and promoting growth within the Oxford Innovation Space network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional service at the Business Cyber Centre and manage operations for commercial success.
• Act as a figurehead for the centre locally, regionally and nationally, selling and marketing the offering.
• Oversee financial and commercial performance, delivering sales, marketing and operational activities to attract and retain occupiers.
• Foster partnerships with clients to identify collaboration opportunities and joint initiatives.
• Provide world-class facilities, support and staff development to the centre community.

Our centres are more than just buildings - they’re buzzing communities of entrepreneurs, creators, and changemakers. We’re excited to be managing the Business Cyber Centre in Chippenham under a new contract and are looking for a Centre Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional service at this new addition to the Oxford Innovation Space network.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the Business Cyber Centre - leading the team, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring the centre thrives commercially and operationally. You’ll:

• Act as a figurehead for the centre locally, regionally and nationally, creating success, selling and marketing the product offering whilst enhancing its reputation for excellence.
• Overall management control and accountability for the financial and commercial performance of the centre, and to deliver all aspects of sales, marketing, and operational activities for the centre to attract new customers and ensuring the retention of existing occupiers.
• Cultivate the working partnership between OI Space and our clients to identify and develop areas of collaboration and joint initiatives.
• Deliver a world class service to the centre community in facilities, support and collaborative connections and the training and development of centre staff.
