Job Opportunity: Garage Services Team Leader

Join our Halfords Garage Services team at one of our new Fusion centres, equipped with the latest facilities to deliver a first-class customer experience. You'll lead a team of around 11 skilled technicians and customer service advisors, supported by an Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre, maximizing profit and minimizing loss
• Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Optimize workforce scheduling to meet customer demand
• Analyze performance data to meet and exceed sales, margin, and profit targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven success in team management and delivering excellent customer experiences
• Experience in coaching, training, and managing performance
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in workforce scheduling and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn in-house systems
• Valid full driving license
