Job summary

Eastern Western Motor Group in Scotland is seeking a part-time Centre Host to greet visitors, assist showroom customers and maintain a welcoming showroom environment.

You will handle the switchboard, relay messages, and respond to emails and complaints promptly, while tracking showroom footfall and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or automotive sectors.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 1pm-6pm.

• Manage the switchboard professionally, relay messages, and respond to emails and complaints quickly.
• Keep showroom and promotional materials well-organised, clean and fully stocked.
• Record showroom footfall, sales inquiry sources, and maintain an appointment diary; provide weekly updates.
• Assist with promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.

Eastern Western Motor Group are on the look out for a skilled Centre Host to join our team on a part time basis (Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm).

• Visitor and Customer Assistance: Greet visitors warmly, monitor showroom customers, and promptly attend to their needs.
• Efficient Communication: Manage the switchboard professionally, promptly relay messages, and ensure timely responses to emails and complaints.
• Showroom and Facility Maintenance: Keep the showroom and promotional materials well-organised, clean, and fully stocked.
• Tracking and Reporting: Record showroom footfall, sales inquiry sources, and maintain an appointment diary; provide weekly updates to the Sales Department.
• Support for Events: Assist with promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
