We are currently seeking a proactive Service Department leader to drive planning, budgeting, recruitment, training, and performance management to achieve financial and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement Service Department plans and budgets to meet financial, marketing, and sales targets.
• Oversee recruitment processes and ensure annual appraisals and training plans are in place for colleagues to support development and departmental objectives.
• Maintain control over departmental resources and use monthly financial reports to monitor profitability, productivity, and customer service levels.
• Create and execute sales, merchandising, and advertising plans; handle customer complaints professionally; and ensure warranty work complies with guidelines.
• Conduct regular team briefings, ensure high standards for premises and equipment, and train Parts colleagues on Service Reception duties.
