Job Purpose
To ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor learner data, enhance learner experience, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to improve quality. The role requires a quality-driven, commercially minded individual accountable for training and assessment standards across IWFM Academy.
