Job summary

Bupa is seeking a proactive Centre Administrator to join our Manchester clinic. You will welcome customers, handle enquiries, and support administrative processes to ensure a seamless patient journey from arrival to checkout.

As the first point of contact, you will work closely with clinical colleagues, manage communications, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard CRM/database systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Handle enquiries, screen calls, and direct to appropriate teams.
• Maintain reception and waiting area in a clean, welcoming state.
• Process customer reports and documents within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support administrative processes and contribute to team targets.
