Are you a highly commercial operator with a proven track record as a Central Operations Manager? Do you look to drive efficiencies and value, whether that be through delivering partnership tenders, Commercial activity or delivering OPEX? Are you delivery focused, able to help develop the strategy, drive the tactical delivery and make things happen?

Responsibilities

• This is a broad and commercial role responsible for managing existing partner relationships as well as driving new commercial activity across the estate.
• Manage and assume responsibility for the central operations and projects functions.
• Drive commercial activity and third-party relationships across the estate.
• Devise and implement processes and procedures which drive organisational efficiency and customer experience.
• Compile data and analyse performance of key measures to present to stakeholders.
• Manage and drive existing partner relationships including tenders and supplier relationship management.

• Ability to manage mutual beneficial long-term relationships with partner organisations.
• Keen eye for costs and for driving profitability; experience with procurement projects, cost saving initiatives and driving efficiencies.
