  • Manage all external creative and media agencies to deliver high‑ROI campaigns
  • Oversee website content, UX, and performance in line with brand goals
  • Lead digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and display
  • Drive consistent, engaging social media content and community engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer and partner touchpoints
  • Plan and deliver marketing activity for new store launches and PR campaigns
  • Manage seasonal promotions, calendar events, and product launch campaigns
  • Support and develop the in‑house Marketing Assistant
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business operations
  • Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships efficiently
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform future strategies

  • Website management and basic UX experience
  • Excellent communicator with a strong eye for branding and visual detail
  • Experience supporting multi‑site marketing or physical store launches
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask across campaigns
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, comfortable in a scale‑up environment
