Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for Marble Arch, Central London. The role covers mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance to keep a landmark building running smoothly, with a focus on statutory compliance and high-quality service.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, you will join a professional team providing facilities support to prestigious tenants and financial institutions in a high-profile estate. Competitive package awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background.
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Confident and professional manner - client-facing experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building.
• Perform PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and related plant.
• Maintain FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and related building services.
• Handle water treatment and statutory compliance tasks.
• Serve landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate.
• Collaborate within a small maintenance team to deliver excellent service.
