Job summary

Just Mortgages in Brixton is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser. You will hold CeMAP or equivalent, build your client base, and drive mortgage opportunities in a busy, customer-focused environment.

The role offers on-target earnings of £40,000–£60,000+ per year with a £22,000–£28,000 base, uncapped commission, and a 6-month pipeline guarantee. Office-based with standard hours and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration Act 2006).
• Right to work documents required (Passport/Birth Certificate, NI, address proof, driving licence).

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient client process.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
