Job summary

Just Mortgages in Bow is looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser. You must hold CeMAP or an equivalent qualification to apply. The role offers a base salary between £22,000 and £28,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000 to £60,000 plus an uncapped commission scheme.

We guarantee monthly payments while you build a pipeline for up to six months. Benefits include a company car or £250 monthly car allowance, a company laptop, and bespoke digital marketing support to grow

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds via email, phone, face-to-face and video.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch peers to build referral networks and support growth.
• Take accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
• Confident front-of-camera presence to engage audiences across channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximising in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director to optimise client processes.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish.
