The role is hybrid (3 days in-office), Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with OTE £60k–£80k in year one plus a competitive base and commission. Great for CeMAP-qualified professionals ready to advance.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ambitious, coachable and eager to learn.
• No prior mortgage experience needed – training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to a range of clients (training provided).
• Work with high-quality HOT leads.
• Deliver a professional and ethical service in line with FCA regulations.
