The Olive Branch in Wimborne is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Section Chef / Line Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will be hands-on, run a section and ensure consistency and presentation to a high standard.

We offer a 5 days on, 2 days off rota, £14.00 per hour plus tips, 60% off meals on shift, free uniform and kitchen shoes, and extensive training with a potential apprenticeship pathway. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Hands-on Chef de Partie capable of running a section and maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Experience in a busy kitchen and ability to hit the ground running.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Commitment to compliance and doing things the right way.
