Job summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a CDM Principal Designer to join our Environment & Energy SH&E Team. This national role can be based at any of our main offices, including Manchester, Basingstoke, Glasgow, Cambridge and Bristol, collaborating with our GGP CDM Lead on large energy infrastructure projects across the UK.

You will champion health, safety and the environment, act as a proactive design-stage lead, and help deliver the duties under CDM.

Qualifications

• Experience in Overhead lines and HV projects.
• Member of the Association of Project Safety.
• NEBOSH National or General Certificate, or similar health and safety qualification.
• Experience in delivering the Principal Designer role, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of duties under CDM on energy projects.
