AECOM are seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join our Environment & Energy SH&E Team. The role supports our national projects from bases like Manchester, Glasgow, Cambridge and Bristol, guiding best CDM practices and safety culture.

You will work with clients and project teams to deliver Principal Designer services on large energy infrastructure, promoting health, safety and wellbeing across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Overhead lines and HV projects.
• Member of the Association of Project Safety.
• NEBOSH National or General Certificate, or similar health and safety qualification.
• Experience in delivering the Principal Designer role, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of duties under CDM on energy projects.

Aufgaben

• Be a Safety Champion, promoting health, safety and the environment across projects.
• Lead pre-construction design phase, manage risk and ensure smooth CDM transitions.
• Provide CDM counsel to energy projects and clients to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver Principal Designer services for major energy infrastructure.
