Job summary

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is recruiting a CDC Quality Manager to develop and embed a Quality Management System across two Community Diagnostic Centres in Southeast London.

You will lead UKAS/QSI alignment, support staff training, and manage accreditation projects, audits, incidents and complaints.

This is a 9-month, full-time role with flexible working and compressed hours, based at Eltham Community Hospital, London.

Qualifications

• To facilitate, coordinate and maintain the delivery of an effective quality management system within Community Diagnostic Centres that aligns with Quality Standards for Imaging (QSI) and UKAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management across CDCs and support the clinical governance programme.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly audit reports on incidents, investigations and complaints.
• Collaborate with Heads of Imaging to ensure compliance with QSI/UKAS standards and drive improvements.
