Job summary

Page Personnel in London is seeking a CCTV Surveillance Operative to monitor and review footage, identify incidents and fraud indicators, and support investigations.

You will document observations with precise timestamps, prepare clear investigation reports, manage secure video evidence, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate threats while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify incidents, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
• Document observations with precise timestamps and maintain detailed records.
• Produce comprehensive investigation reports supported by clear evidence.
• Manage and securely store video evidence for future retrieval and investigation purposes.
• Review and assess e-commerce transactions flagged for potential fraud.
• Support internal investigations through analysis of employee activity, transactions, and system data.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and potential risks through intelligence gathering and data analysis.
• Provide support in the early identification and escalation of security incidents and threats.
• Assist with crisis and incident response activities when required.
• Ensure surveillance systems are operating effectively and escalate technical issues promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with policies, legal requirements and ethics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support investigations and security operations
