Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a Security (CCTV) Engineer to design, install, configure, test, commission and maintain CCTV and integrated security systems. You will work on IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS platforms and ensure systems meet project specs and safety standards.

You will read electrical drawings, implement structured cabling and network layouts, and integrate with access control and alarms. Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience designing CCTV layouts from site surveys and project specs.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV systems including IP and analog cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and VMS.
Design CCTV layouts based on project requirements and site surveys.
Install and terminate structured cabling, fiber, coax, and power supplies for security systems.
Configure network devices, IP cameras, switches, routers, and remote monitoring systems.
Integrate CCTV with access control, intrusion alarms, intercoms, and other security systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Conduct system testing and prepare commissioning reports and documentation.
Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Train end users on CCTV operation and security systems.
Maintain maintenance records and asset documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and relevant standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
