Job summary

north tech1 is seeking a Safety & Security Engineer to install, commission and service CCTV, access control and intercom systems across customer sites. You will retrofit upgrades, provide on-site technical support and ensure compliance with H&S guidelines.

The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work from site survey documentation. Successful candidates will have experience with security systems, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to reactive call-outs while

Qualifications

• Must have practical experience in installing and servicing CCTV, access control and intercom systems.
• Understanding of site plans and installation requirements.
• Experience with H&S guidelines and on-site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service CCTV, access control and intercom systems.
• Retrofit upgrades and extensions as part of remedial works.
• Provide high levels of customer service and on-site technical support.
• Work from site survey documentation for installs.
• Respond to reactive call outs with aim of first-time fix.
• Complete documentation in line with company standards.
