Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a security officer at Springfield Quay, Glasgow. You will act as the public face of the Security Team, delivering professional security and customer service to visitors and tenants. A can-do attitude and adherence to site policies are essential.

Responsibilities include patrolling, incident reporting, liaising with the control room and maintaining a safe, non-threatening environment for everyone on site.

Qualifications

• SIA and CCTV licence essential.
• First Aid Training required.
• Professional, friendly and helpful attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors and tenants delivering first-class service.
• Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as instructed.
• Proactively assist visitors and maintain a safe environment.
• Record and report non-conformances and emergencies.
• Respond to incidents in line with site policies and keep the team informed.
