Job summary

The Channel Recruiter is seeking a Distribution Channel Manager / Distribution Account Manager to drive UK distribution partnerships within the CCTV and surveillance market. Based in Reading with hybrid/remote options, you will expand B2B opportunities with installers and system integrators and lead strategic sales initiatives.

You will develop and manage distribution partners, negotiate with key stakeholders, and coordinate training, webinars, and sign-ups to grow the partner network.

Qualifications

• Experience selling security and surveillance hardware.
• Experience working with distributors and installers within security.
• Background with channel partners or vendors in the CCTV/surveillance market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage distribution partners across the UK.
• Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with installers and system integrators.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned to company objectives.
• Manage distribution stock levels to maximise product availability.
• Proactively engage with partners to drive sign-ups, training, and webinars.
• Travel to distribution partners across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
• Support reseller/wholesale business by identifying and activating new opportunities.
