We are seeking a CCTV Operator to join a large on-site security team within the Security Control Room.
Your responsibilities will include detecting suspicious activities, preventing incidents, collecting evidence, communicating and coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining system services. You will also be expected to deliver concise daily reports and escalate potential risks or concerns.
The role requires working flexibly to ensure 24-hour coverage. You will liaise with key site stakeholders to coordinate security measures.
The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off, working either 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00.
You must be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator, and a team player committed to providing friendly, professional service. You should be comfortable working alone for extended periods, self-motivated, and possess good IT skills. Flexibility to work various shifts—including days, nights, and weekends—is essential.
A valid CCTV SIA licence is required. Holding a Front Line SIA licence is advantageous but not mandatory, as full SIA training is provided. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
