In this role, you will be analyzing CCTV images received from customers’ premises and taking appropriate action. You will answer incoming telephone calls from internal and external customers in a polite and professional manner, accurately record all events on the company database, and maintain the customer database. All complaints or enquiries that cannot be initially resolved should be escalated to your Supervisor or Team Leader. The role is office-based in Salford Quays on a 4 on-4 off shift pattern.

How you will do it

• Providing alarm response and CCTV monitoring and analysis to external customers around the clock
• Working a shift pattern of two 12-hour days, two 12-hour nights, then 4 days off
• Proactively responding to remote video on a priority basis
• Answering incoming telephone calls from both internal and external customers, following company procedures to ensure resolutions
• Maintaining customer confidentiality at all times
