Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd is seeking a dedicated CCTV Officer for our client site in Cambridge. You will monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and support the wider security operation to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for visitors and tenants.

Full in-house training is provided; the role requires valid CCTV and SIA licenses, right to work in the UK, and a punctual, reliable mindset. Opportunities for progression and a strong benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Valid CCTV Licence.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems in accordance with company procedures.
• Liaise with on-site security teams, management and retailers when required.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and CCTV operational procedures.
• Support building a community partnership.
• Deliver excellent customer service to visitors and tenants.
