Johnson Controls' Envision brand is seeking a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician to assemble, install, maintain and repair CCTV towers and access turnstiles at the Envision Head Office and Workshop. You will ensure work meets quality, safety and performance standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting product range development.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Able to work at height with ladders safely.
• Able to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, and upgrade CCTV Towers and access turnstile systems.
• Ensure equipment meets quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
• Effectively manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including reports and certificates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Envision product range.
