Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician to assemble, install, maintain and repair CCTV Towers and access turnstiles across onsite facilities. You will support customers with high-quality service and contribute to product range development.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, and upgrade CCTV Towers and access turnstile systems.
• Ensure all equipment meets quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
• Effectively manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including engineer reports and certificates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Envision product range.

The Role

As a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV Towers and access control turnstiles at our Envision Head Office and Workshop. You will ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the ongoing development of the Envision product range.
