Job summary

STC Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced CCTV / Access Control Engineer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is primarily field-based across East Anglia, with an office near Ipswich and a requirement to travel to customer sites.

You will install, service and maintain CCTV and access control systems, support job planning, and help ensure service visits are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing or maintaining CCTV and/or access control systems.
• Full UK driving licence; ability to lift equipment and climb ladders when required.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain CCTV, access control and security systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Assist with planning jobs and ordering required parts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and reliable service.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.
• Support weighing engineers with equipment servicing and installation.
