Job summary

Johnson Controls’ Envision brand is seeking a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician in Portadown, Northern Ireland to install, maintain and repair CCTV towers and access turnstiles at our Head Office and Workshop, delivering high-quality work and top-class service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, ability to work at height, lift equipment, and experience in customer-facing environments. You will join a team with training, progression and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, and upgrade CCTV Towers and access turnstile systems.
• Ensure all equipment meets quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
• Effectively manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Complete documentation including engineer reports, handover certificates, BSIA certificates, and checklists.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Envision product range.

The Role

As a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV Towers and access control turnstiles at our Envision Head Office and Workshop. You will ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the ongoing development of the Envision product range. Key Responsibilities
