Job summary
Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical expert during pre-sales for CCaaS solutions built around AWS Connect and related services. You will design and scope customized Zendesk-based customer experience solutions and help win new professional services engagements.
The role requires deep CCaaS and AWS experience, with the ability to translate business needs into robust architectures. The position is fully remote in the United Kingdom and full-time.
Qualifications
- Strong experience and certification in AWS Connect and/or AWS services working in a CCaaS environment.
- Previous experience working as a Solutions Architect in a CCaaS environment supporting AWS environments.
- Hands-on experience building, migrating and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead Pre-Sales Technical Scoping and analyze customer requirements.
- Create detailed professional services estimates and proposals for new solutions.
- Articulate complex technical concepts to technical teams and executives.
- Maintain deep technical expertise across Zendesk Contact Center product suite.
- Partner with Professional Services to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
