Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations in Northern Ireland on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly while delivering exceptional food experiences and customer service.

The role requires at least two years of catering experience, team supervision skills, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across catering and service teams.
