Job summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations on a permanent casual basis. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly, supervise teams, monitor KPIs, and uphold Health & Safety standards. Own transport is required due to the remote location, and shifts are variable.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of catering experience.
Experience managing teams in a catering setting.
Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and service.
Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
Supporting and training our teams and leading from the front to help everyone excel.
Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
