Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence is recruiting a Catering Supervisor to lead our culinary and catering teams on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You will ensure high standards of food quality, service and safety while representing Defence with professionalism.

You will mentor staff from the front, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction while upholding health and safety throughout all catering operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Passionate about great-tasting food and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
