Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence seeks an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a part-time basis (16 hours per week) in Gosport, UK. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly while delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service.

You will lead from the front, supervise teams, train staff, monitor KPIs, and uphold Health & Safety standards across all catering and service activities.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
